Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all tags attached.
Returns showing signs of wear, including makeup, deodorant, pet hair, odors, or damage, will not be accepted.
To ensure timely processing, returns must arrive at our facility within 21 days of delivery. We recommend retaining your drop-off receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.

Domestic Orders:
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a prepaid return label. A flat-rate $8.95 handling fee applies to all US returns - this will be automatically deducted from your refund once your return is processed. Exchanges ship free.
International Orders:
We accept international returns - the shipping cost will be calculated dynamically and deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after your return has been received and approved. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
